How we use it and why

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use trusted service providers to run our business, such as email, cloud hosting and accounting software, who process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose information where required by law. Where a provider stores data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years after our last contact, and client records for as long as needed for the contract and then for six years to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Cookies and analytics

We use two services to understand how this website is used.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser so we don't ask on every visit.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google to deliver the font files. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, or withdraw consent you have given. Email joanne@prismbi.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date above.
